What’s Included in Our ​Party Packages

Our football party packages Dublin are designed to take the stress off parents and give kids a day to remember. Every party is 2 hours in duration. The sessions are facilitated by our team so children are guided and kept active and engaged throughout. 

All party packages include a referee and a designated party host. The referee will take the children to play on the pitch for 1 hour whilst the party host assists you with your pizza food order and has your party pod set-up. After the 1 hour football play, the children move to their designated party pod areas which will be set up with paper plates, napkins and tumblers, where pizza and drinks (included in each package) can be enjoyed together with your birthday cake! After 30 minutes in the party pod having food and cake, the referee will take the children back on to the pitch for the final half hour, where they will finish up with penalty shoot-outs and the birthday child will receive a souvenir medal.

We have 2 packages to choose from depending on the size of the party. We’ve carefully put these two packages together to ensure your little one and their friends have a memorable and enjoyable experience at their party!  From the first kick of the ball to the last slice of cake, the focus stays on organised fun and ease. Package One, €295

  • 12 children
  • Additional children €20 up to a maximum of 18 children

Package TWO, €375

  • 16 children
  • Additional children €20 up to a maximum of 24 children
  • Two hour pitch rental with a referee
  • Pitch side water breaks
  • Party pod host, set up and clean up
  • Paper plates, tumblers and serviettes
  • Two large slices of pizza per child (your choice of topping to be advised on the day)
  • Selection of juices in the party pod
  • Souvenir medal for the birthday child
  • Party invitations
  • Play on our 9 a-side adult pitch
  • A Maximum of three children can share a joint party
  • Party child’s age: minimum 7 years maximum 15 years.

How to ​Book

All parties must be booked online. We operate children’s parties on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

To ensure the children’s safety and enjoyment we do NOT allow under any circumstances additional children above the numbers included in the party package booked.  Package 1: regular size party/pitch accommodates 12-18 children. Package 2: big pitch party accommodates 16-24 children. All children must play on the pitch at the same time and the birthday child is included in the party numbers specified.

Please select the party (from the list below) that best suits your needs and select the date and time on the calendar provided. You must complete all the boxes/information requested, a €145 deposit (€150 for Big Pitch party) will be taken and the balance is paid on the party day when we know the exact number of children attending. Please note, our venue is now cashless, we accept debit and credit cards only.

Package 1 Parties are at 11am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm are played on a 5v5 or 6v6 pitch. The cost is €295 for a minimum of 12 children, additional children are €20 each to a maximum of 18 children total.

Package 2 Parties are at 12pm, 2pm & 4pm are played on our 9v9 ‘big pitch’.  The cost is €375 for 16 children and additional children are €20 each to a maximum of 24 total.

PARTY RULES

  • The party child should be aged between 7 and 15 years
  • A maximum of two children can share a regular size party.  A maximum of three children can share a Big Pitch party. 
  • A minimum of two adults must attend the party for the duration of the party to
    supervise and assist the children during play, food and toilet breaks
  • Our staff do not provide a supervisory function
  • A waiver must be signed for each child every time they attend a party
  • To ensure the children’s safety and enjoyment we do NOT allow under any circumstances additional children above the numbers included in the party package booked.  Regular size party/pitch 12-18 children, Big pitch party 16-24. For larger group you can book two parties at the same time and the number allowed is from 24 to 36 children.

We do not provide a birthday cake, candles, cutlery or party bags.

  • NO football boots, mouldies, blades or studs allowed. Suitable foot ware astro boots or trainers
  • NO outside food permitted on the premises with the exception of a birthday cake/cup cakes
  • NO novelty candles or sparklers allowed.  No signs or banners allowed in the party pods

Cancellations

Parties can be cancelled anytime up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event without charge.
Within 7 days there is a cancellation fee of €100.

Kids had a birthday party here today and they had a ball ....literally lol. Great indoor facilities, fab pizza ???? and juices provided for their party. Will definitely be back .

Play here every Sunday.

Well managed - booking is online and devoid of drama.
They provide the ball, training bibs and the pitch. Also you don't get kicked out unless there's a booking on the pitch where you are playing - this makes for a good experience.

On weekends, you'll have kids and groups playing in pitch 1&2 so it can get a lot noisy in the dome, all part of the experience

Great place for a kids party or some indoor football. The new dome located in the Sportslink grounds across the road from the old warehouse venue is so much better. Lots of parking & very modern. The dome is pressurised so seems to trap the heat so it can get quite warm inside. Party hosts are good & the party food from Firehouse pizza is a hit.

Do you operate children’s parties?

Yes, we operate parties on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday every week

Do they operate on Bank Holidays?

No, Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.

What times do you have?

Parties operate at 11am 12pm 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm & 5pm

How long is the party for?

The party duration is two hours

Can I book a party for a longer or shorter duration?

No, the maximum is two hours. We do not operate parties for a shorter duration.

Do you play football for two hours?

No, on arrival the children play football for one hour, which also includes water breaks. After an hour
the party food and birthday cake is served in the party pod. Once the food is finished the children go
back on the pitch for the remaining time.

How much is a party?

We offer a two hour party for 16 children cost €375 and additional children are €20 each to a maximum
of 24 total.

Can I have more than 18 children?

For a larger group you must book our ‘Big Pitch party’ played on our adult 9v9 pitch. The cost is €449 for
20 children and additional children are €20 each to a maximum of 24 total. Big pitch parties are at
12pm, 2pm and 4pm and you must email us to check availability.

Can I have more than 24 children?

For more than 24 children you would need to book two small sized party for 12 to 18 children, so the total can be between 24 and 36 children.

Is the party child included in the numbers?

Yes, you must include the party child in the total number.

Can siblings attend, are they included?

Yes, siblings can attend but they must stay outside the pitch side if they are not within the age allowed
but they can join in for the party food and cake. Let our party host know the total number eating on the
day and there may be an additional charge.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, the child celebrating their birthday must be 7 to 15 years old, guests can be aged from 6 to 15 years.

Can birthday children share a party?

Yes, we allow for a regular size party two children to share and for a ‘big pitch party’ a maximum of three children to share.

How do I book?

All bookings must be made online at www.dublinindoorfootball.ie under children’s parties.
We do not accept bookings over the phone or at the venue.

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes, you pay a €145 deposit at the time of booking and the balance is paid on the party day when we know the exact number of children attending.

What happens once I book and pay a deposit?

You will immediately receive an email confirmation with the party invitations attached. The confirmation will outline how the party operates and the full costs. The waiver link is contained in the email.

Can I make a provisional booking?

No, booking must be made online and a deposit paid.

What happens if I or the child changes their mind?

You can cancel without charge and a full refund of the €145 deposit paid up to 7 days prior to the party.

After this time the cancellation fee is €75 and within 72 hours of the party the fee is €100.

Can I change a party?

Yes, you can change a party date (subject to availability) free of charge up to 7 days prior to the party. Within 7 days the change fee is €75 and within 72 hours the fee is €100.

Cancellation and changes must be made in writing via email to parties@dublinindoorfootball.ie

We do not accept either by telephone or social media.

When do I pay the balance?

The balance is paid on the party day on arrival, when we know the exact number of children attending.

Do I need to advise numbers in advance?

No, we expect the number of children attending to be within the limits of the party size you have chosen
and booked. We do not need to know in advance.

How do we pay the balance?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, a waiver must be signed for each child each time they attend a party at the Sports Dome.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes, you should note any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. We will forward a list of allergen’s and you must also reconfirm with your party host when ordering the pizza on the party day.

You must also ensure the child is served their special order.

Can I let you know about an allergy on the day?

No, it is important we have this noted in writing so we can forward a list of allergen’s and the parent can advise the order for their child.

Can we bring our own food?

No, we do not allow any outside food at the venue (you are welcome to bring the birthday cake).

Can I substitute pizza?

No but you can order an alternative or extra food. Advise your host on the day when they are taking your order.

Do you supply Party Bags?

No, you are welcome to bring your own.

Do you operate parties for other sports?

No, we only operate football parties.
